I recently got the pleasure to design another mixtape for LAWS called the "Joe Jackson Dance Program". Together LAWS and I are a deadly combination, coming up with mixtape covers that you are embarrassed to bring around your friends!

352 : How did you come about becoming involved with Hiphop culture ? Noble : I first entered the scene back in the mid 90's when local Hiphop artists began approaching me to do skectches and logos. The more I got envolved with designing , the deeper I got into the Hiphop culture. In 1998 I began break dancing and from that fell in love with the culture as a whole...all 4 elements. 352 : Since your into grafix designing , are you also a graffitti artist or plan on learning the element ? Noble : I personally do not Graff , but I have the utmost respect for Graff artists and feel like they represent the Urban Renaissance. They are the most talented artist of our time and represent what we are going through as a generation and a culture. I would love to learn and hope to learn in the future. 352 : What made you choose the name noble ? Noble : The name Noble was actually given to me in 98 by SOLO . He was in a group called 7th Realm at the time which I was doing some design work for. He blessed me with the name and since the name suited me it has stuck . 352 : So how did you end up hooking up with Phantastic 4 ? Noble : I originally was desiging for LA and LAWS 4 years ago when they hooked up with my cousin Amaretto to form a group called 5th Regement . After my cousin began to work more closely with Chico Redd , LA and LAWS started workin on albums of their own which they had me do design work on. Soon LA , LAWS and MASON CAINE decided to team up and brought me and Randy Soprano in to form a label dedicated to the real Elements Hip Hop called Phantastic Four . 352 : So where do you hope to be in 5 years as far as Hiphop in your life is concerned ? Noble : I hope that in 5 years I am designing logos professionally for Hiphop artists and I hope to still be teamed up with my PHAN. 4 Crew spreading the real culture of Hip Hop. 352 : That answer brings up an interesting topic which leads me to this next question , what do you consider " Real " Hiphop ? Noble : Real Hiphop is a culture , not the Commercial Bling Bling Rap u see today on TV. Real Hiphop is made up of 4 elements , Rappin , Scratchin , Breakin , and Taggin. A comprehensive knowledge of all 4 is essential. Real Hiphop is a movement that promotes knowledge and a way of bettering yourself as a person and individual from the pressures and obsticles that keep u down in everyday life. Sitting home smokin' weed , wearing gold chains and rapping about guns and cars is not Hiphop. Real Hiphop is open mic night and kids spining on cardboard and dancing to forget the troubles that surround them. Real hip hop is expressing yourself though paint so that your creativity that would be ignored by museums can be seen by people that drive by , puttin on those head phones and getting lost in the music as u mix and scratch the sounds that define a generation. That is Hiphop . . . 352 : Word up !
